What happens in a small group? We follow the beautiful pattern we see in Acts 2:42–47: gathering around God’s Word, sharing life together, caring for one another, and praying together. Small groups aren’t simply another church activity. They are one of the ways we grow as disciples of Jesus together.

Good morning.

Whatever you're carrying today—worry, exhaustion, questions, or just the weight of another week—you don't have to carry it alone.

Jesus said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

We'd love to worship with you today. Two services: 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

See you soon.

This Sunday marks the FINAL day of NAPC Summer Kids! 🌞 We’ve loved seeing our kids grow, play, and learn together all summer long. Starting September 13, children ages 3 years–4th grade will return to their classrooms with our dedicated NAPC Kids Teachers for a new season of faith and fun.

A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing summer volunteers—you made a difference and gave our teachers a well-deserved break! 🙏

Let’s celebrate the memories and look forward to what God has in store for our kids this fall!

Can't sleep? You're not alone.

2 AM. Mind racing. Problems piling up. You've tried everything—nothing works.

Psalm 4 was written for that exact moment. David didn't offer a technique or a distraction. He did something better: he brought everything straight to God.

The result? "In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." (Psalm 4:8)

This Sunday, we're learning that everyone wants to be at peace. There are just many things that disturb and keep us up at night. But by giving all these frustrated feelings to the Lord, we can find the inner peace we’re all looking for.

Try this tonight: Name three things keeping you up. Then pray: "Lord, I give these to You. You alone make me dwell in safety."

See you Sunday.

Alpha is non-confrontational, conversational, and relational. It gives anyone a friendly place to ask questions and understand the Gospel clearly.

Alpha — a 6-week program that creates a warm, low-pressure environment for people to explore faith. Each week includes a meal, a short video addressing honest questions like “Is there more to life than this?” “Who is Jesus?” and “Why did Jesus die?”, followed by open table discussions.

Dinner and childcare are provided.

Alpha at NAPC begins October 6 and runs for 6 weeks.

Married couples—when was the last time you went on a real date? 💛

Between work, kids, activities, errands, and everything else on the calendar, making intentional time for your marriage can easily get pushed aside.

So this fall, NAPC is making it a little easier.

We're inviting couples to join our Date Night Challenge: go on at least one intentional date with your spouse each month from September through November.

And don't worry—we'll help with the planning!

We've created two September Date Night Ideas, complete with conversation starters designed to help you have fun and reconnect.

Want the September ideas?
👇 Comment “DATE” below and we'll send them directly to your Messenger.
Join the challenge, put a date on the calendar, and make some time for the two of you.
Your marriage is worth putting on the calendar. ❤️

Are you new to our community or interested in learning more about our church? Join us for NAPC 101 on September 20 at 12:30 pm in the Community Hall, where we'll delve into our church's history, beliefs, and culture. During NAPC 101, you'll have the chance to interact with our church leadership over a provided lunch. After lunch, Pastor Ken will discuss the church's history, mission, vision, and values, followed by Karla Muzi, who will conclude the class with information on how you can get involved in church life. The class will last approximately 90 minutes.

Attending this class does not obligate you to become a member of NAPC, but it's a great way to learn more about our church family and help you decide if membership is right for you.

Childcare is available upon request. Click here to RSVP - https://ow.ly/GxWq50ZIoyj

At NAPC, we think small groups are a big deal. In the pattern of Acts 2:42-47, small groups gather to study Scripture, share in fellowship, care for one another, and pray together. In this way, small groups provide a great opportunity to connect with others in the church. We have plenty of options for small groups meeting all over New Albany and nearby communities. Beginning this year, groups will choose their own study from options Pastor Ken provides. Visit the Groups page on our website to find out more.
