“Is that God… or is that just me?” 🤔

🟡 The young prophet Samuel confused God’s voice with Eli’s until Eli finally realized what was happening and coached Samuel appropriately … even when it was a difficult proclamation to hear (1 Samuel 3).
🟣 Elijah was looking for God in big, monumental, “God will surely show up here” moments, like in a fire or earthquake … but God showed up in a whisper (1 Kings 19).
🟢 Jonah clearly heard from God and then slowly learned the hard way what can happen when God is intent on a purpose and you can’t get on board (Jonah 1-2).
There’s no magic formula. No 3-step plan. But there is a way to **grow** in listening, recognizing, and responding. 🌱
