It is with sadness that we share the passing of Pastor Atamani Longolongofolau on July 20, 2026, who faithfully served To-'a e-'Ofa UMC in Kearns, UT as a Local Pastor from 2003 until his retirement in 2024.

The following services have been arranged to celebrate Pastor Atamani's life:

- Wake: Sunday, August 9 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 5850 S 900 E, Murray, UT 84121.
- Funeral Service: Monday, August 10 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Murray Memorial (at the same address listed above).
- Burial: Monday, August 10 at 2:00 PM at Redwood Memorial, 6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084.

Pastor Atamani is survived by his wife, Vaiola Longolongofolau, their six children, and many grandchildren.

His daughter shared that he was a true man of God, a dedicated family man, and that he deeply loved being a pastor. He faithfully served To-'a e-'Ofa United Methodist Church, often working full-time outside the church to support his family when the church was unable to provide a salary. His love for the congregation was so profound that he requested his family be allowed to continue attending To-'a e-'Ofa after his service concluded.

He will be greatly missed as a beloved member of the clergy family in the Utah Valley.

We give thanks for his faithful ministry and commend him into God's eternal care. Please keep the Longolongofolau family in your prayers during this time.

It is with sadness that we share the death of the Rev. William R. “Will” Morris, who passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, following a diagnosis of glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor. Rev. Morris lived many months beyond what was medically expected before passing peacefully into eternal life.

Rev. Morris was an Elder in Full Connection in the legacy Rocky Mountain Conference and, thereafter, the Mountain Sky Conference. During his ministry, he faithfully served Burns Memorial United Methodist Church in Aurora, Colorado, and First United Methodist Church in Cortez, Colorado.

A full obituary may be found at Ertel Funeral Home

A memorial service celebrating Will’s life will be held:

Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
First United Methodist Church
Cortez, Colorado

A luncheon reception, catered by one of Will’s favorite restaurants, will follow the service.

Expressions of sympathy may be sent to:

Jane Anderson and Zach Morris
11822 Road 28.3
Dolores, CO 81323

Please remember Rev. Morris’ family, friends, and all who knew and loved him in your prayers as they celebrate his life and mourn his passing.

May they be surrounded by God’s comfort, peace, and abiding love in the days ahead.

Day 1 of Annual Conference has been full, faithful, and joyful — and we are not done yet!

Today we have worshiped, learned, listened, connected, celebrated ministry, shared stories, engaged important work, and remembered what it means to walk together in The Way of Loving Boldly.

From powerful conversations to meaningful presentations, from music and worship to moments of laughter and connection, the Spirit is moving among us here in Billings.

We are grateful for everyone who has helped make this first day so full of energy, purpose, and love. There is so much to celebrate already — and so much more still to come!
