Moroni 7:41: "And what is it that ye shall hope for? Behold I say unto you that ye shall have hope through the atonement of Christ and the power of his resurrection, to be raised unto life eternal, and this because of your faith in him according to the promise".

Peggy Johnson shared her beautiful testimony of HOPE in our resurrected Savior as she performed “His Hands” during the Saturday night program at this year’s “Walk With Jesus” Easter Event.

Elder Adam Harvey (from the Madison Branch) is currently serving a two-year full-time mission for the Church in the Ohio, Cincinnati area. He’s been in the field for 10 months now. As we focus on Inviting Others to Know Christ this year, we asked Elder Harvey if he’d share his own testimony with the Athens Stake. Here’s what he shared >>>

“I have a testimony of the scriptures, the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I know they are the word of God by studying them, experience, and through the power and gift of the Holy Ghost. My favorite scripture is Matthew 5:14-16 talking about how we are the light of the world. We need to let our light shine to others so we can glorify God and see each others good works which are fruit of following Christ! I know there is always more to learn and share and love Jesus Christ and His restored gospel and have a testimony of its truthfulness…I know God has His timing and He loves us enough to give us trials.”
