During VBS week, rising 5th and 6th graders participated in service projects around the community. They visited 2 assisted living facilities, prepared and organized supplies for Lydia’s Place and Chosen For Life, visited Snow Mills Guesthouse, interacted and helped with the RUF International leaders at UGA, and donated and organized children’s books for Oconee Food for Kids. As you can tell, they had a full and exciting week of working together, helping others, and learning about different ministries in our area!

What a GREAT week at SonRock Kids Camp VBS! We read stories about the life of Peter and learned about how Jesus accepts, protects, saves, and forgives us. Lots of fun with songs, games, crafts, themed snacks, and more! Very thankful for every volunteer and every kid who walked with us during this week - one of the best weeks of the year!!

With the upcoming winter storm expected to impact our area, the decision has been made to cancel all church activities for tomorrow, Sunday, January 25. This includes worship services, Sunday school, high school youth group, and any Gospel Community Groups that regularly meet on Sundays.

While staying safe and warm, we encourage you to also spend time with the Lord and in prayer. We are sad to miss gathering together tomorrow but thankful to always have the opportunity to connect with our Lord!
