SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Tuesday, June 16, 2026:

Psalm 105:1-11, 37-45;
I Samuel 3:1-9;
II Thessalonians 2:13-3:5;

Gracious God, let my faith be effective, my hope secure and my charity fruitful. Make me worthy of eternal life. For what I have left undone, forgive me. For what you have helped me to do, I thank you. For what must be done by others, lend your strength. Now shelter me in your peace which passes all understanding. Help me to have a love for others and to have forgiveness toward them. I love you Father and pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit, Heavenly Dove

1. Come, Holy Spirit, heav'nly Dove,
with all Thy quick'ning pow'rs;
kindle a flame of sacred love
in these cold hearts of ours.

2. O raise our thoughts from things below,
from vanities and toys;
then shall we with fresh courage go
to reach eternal joys.

3. Awake our souls to joyful songs;
let pure devotion rise,
till praise employs our thankful tongues,
and doubt forever dies.

4. Come, Holy Spirit, heav'nly Dove,
with all Thy quick'ning pow'rs;
come, shed abroad a Savior's love,
and that shall kindle ours.

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Monday, June 15, 2026:

Psalm 105:1-11, 37-45;
Joshua 1:1-11;
I Thessalonians 3:1-5;

Keep, O Lord, your household the Church in your steadfast faith and love, that through your grace we may proclaim your truth with boldness, and minister your justice with compassion; for the sake of our Savior Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

All People That on Earth Do Dwell

1. All people that on Earth do dwell,
Sing to the Lord with cheerful voice;
Him serve with fear, his praise forthtell;
Come ye before him and rejoice.

2. The Lord, ye know, is God indeed;
Without our aid he did us make;
We are his folk, he doth us feed,
And for his sheep he doth us take.

3. O enter then his gates with praise,
Approach with joy his courts unto;
Praise, laud, and bless his name always,
For it is seemly so to do.

4. For why? The Lord our God is good;
His mercy is forever sure;
His truth at all times firmly stood,
And shall from age to age endure.

Greetings from Lone Pine Christian Church & our pastor Don Williams!
Welcome to our Church Service!

We would love to see you in person, church starts at 10:25 am!

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
~Roman 5:1-8

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Sunday, June 14, 2026: Third Sunday after Pentecost

OLD TESTAMENT - Exodus 19:2-8a
PSALM - Psalm 100
NEW TESTAMENT - Romans 5:1-8
GOSPEL - Matthew 9:35—10:8

God of compassion, you have opened the way for us and brought us to yourself. We lift our hearts in faith to the one who hears all prayers and holds close all those in need. Pour your love into our hearts, that, overflowing with joy, we may freely share the blessings of your realm and faithfully proclaim the good news of your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. In All That We Do, May the Glory be to You. In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen.

God Moves in a Mysterious Way

1. God moves in a mysterious way
His wonders to perform;
He plants His footsteps in the sea
and rides upon the storm.

2. Deep in unfathomable mines
of never-failing skill;
He treasures up His bright designs,
and works His sov'reign will.

3. Ye fearful saints, fresh courage take;
the clouds ye so much dread
are big with mercy and shall break
in blessings on your head.

4. Judge not the Lord by feeble sense,
but trust Him for His grace;
behind a frowning providence
He hides a smiling face.

5. His purposes will ripen fast,
unfolding every hour;
the bud may have a bitter taste,
but sweet will be the flow'r.

6. Blind unbelief is sure to err,
and scan His work in vain;
God is His own interpreter,
and He will make it plain.

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Saturday, June 13, 2026:

Psalm 100;
Exodus 6:28-7:13;
Mark 7:1-13;

Dear Lord, thank You for Your victory through the cross. I thank You because I know that I can do all things through You. It is You who strengthens me. . I know that I can recover from failures and mistakes. I know that I will be forgiven and cleansed of my sins. I will be of good cheer because You have overcome the world. For this reason, I pray to You for what You will do through me in the future. Lord, I lean not on myself and I trust solely in You. Amen.

Through All the Changing Scenes of Life

1. Through all the changing scenes of life,
in trouble and in joy,
the praises of my God shall still
my heart and tongue employ.
Of his deliv'rance I will boast,
till all that are distressed,
from my example comfort take
and lay their griefs to rest.

2. O magnify the LORD with me,
exalt his holy name;
when in distress to him I called,
he to my rescue came.
The hosts of God encamp around
the dwellings of the just;
deliv'rance he affords to all
who in his promise trust.

3. O taste and see that he is good;
experience will decide
how blest are they, and only they
who in the LORD confide.
Fear him, you saints, and you will then
have nothing else to fear;
make serving him your sole delight,
your wants shall be his care.

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Friday, June 12, 2026:

Psalm 100;
Exodus 4:27-31;
Acts 7:35-43;

God, the Rock of our salvation, we sing and shout for joy to You. We enter Your presence with thankful hearts and make a joyful noise to You in song. You, our Lord, are a great God, King over everything. All creation belongs to You, for You made all things. We worship and bow down to You, our Maker, for we are Your people, the sheep under Your care. We place our present and our future in Your hands, trusting in You always. Amen.

Lord of the Dance

1. I danced on the morning when the world was begun
I danced in the moon and the stars and the Sun
I came out of Heaven and I danced on the Earth
In Bethlehem I had my birth

CHORUS
Dance, dance, wherever you may be
I am the lord of the dance, said he
And I lead you all wherever you may be...
And I lead you all in the dance, said he

2. I danced for the scribes and the Pharisees
They would not dance and they wouldn't follow me
I danced for the fishermen James and John
They came with me and the dance went on
CHORUS

3. I danced on a Sabbath and I cured the lame
The holy people thought it was a shame
They cut me, they stripped me, and they hung me high
And left me there on a cross to die
CHORUS

4. I danced on a Friday when the sky turned black
It's hard to dance with the Devil on your back
They buried my body, but I'd gone...
I am the dance and I still go on
CHORUS

5. Well they cut me down but I lept up high
I am the light that will never, never die
I live in you and you live in me...
I am the lord of the dance, said he
CHORUS

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Thursday, June 11, 2026:

Psalm 100;
Exodus 4:18-23;
Hebrews 3:1-6;

God, You are the Alpha and Omega – our Beginning and End. Since we are receiving an unshakeable kingdom, we are filled with gratitude. We worship You with reverence and awe. We thank You for Jesus, the mediator of our new covenant, who shed His blood for us. Let us never give up praying, for to give up is to deny our faith in a God who answers prayer, and to whom we offer thanks! We pray to the glory of your name; through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

At the Name of Jesus

1. At the name of Jesus
ev'ry knee shall bow,
ev'ry tongue confess him
King of glory now;
'tis the Father's pleasure
we should call him Lord,
who from the beginning
was the mighty Word.

2. At his voice creation
sprang at once to sight,
all the angel faces,
all the hosts of light,
cherubim in heaven,
stars upon their way,
all the heav'nly orders
in their great array.

3. Humbled for a season
to receive a name
from the lips of sinners
unto whom he came,
faithfully he bore it
spotless to the last,
brought it back victorious
when from death he passed;

4. Bore it up triumphant
with its human light,
thro' all ranks of creatures
to the central height,
to the throne of Godhead,
to the Father's breast,
filled it with the glory
of that perfect rest.

5. In your hearts enthrone him;
there let him subdue
all that is not holy,
all that is not true;
crown him as your captain
in temptation's hour;
let his will enfold you
in its light and pow'r.

6. Christians, this Lord Jesus
shall return again
in his Father's glory,
with his angel train;
for all wreaths of empire
meet upon his brow,
and our hearts confess him
King of glory now.

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Wednesday, June 10, 2026:

Psalm 40:1-8;
Hosea 14:1-9;
Matthew 12:1-8;

Dear loving Father, thank you for waking me up this morning, thank you for your love and care, thank you for everything you have freely given me in this life. As I set to go and perform the work you have blessed my hands to do, I thank you for protecting me from anything that may come my way. Thank you for your grace that will keep me through this day, and may I be a blessing to others. In Jesus’ name, I pray and believe.

The Faithfulness of God

1. Begin, my soul, some heavenly theme,
awake, my voice, and sing
the mighty works, or mightier name,
Of our eternal King.

2. Tell of his wondrous faithfulness,
And sound his power abroad;
sing the sweet promise of his grace,
the quickening word of God.

3. Engraved as in eternal brass,
the mighty promise shines;
nor can the powers of darkness rase
those everlasting lines.

4. His every word of grace is strong,
as that which built the skies;
the voice that rolls the stars along
speaks all the promises.

5. Now shall my fainting heart rejoice
to know thy favour sure:
I trust the all-creating voice,
and faith desires no more.

SCRIPTURE, PRAYER, & HYMN for Tuesday, June 9, 2026:

Psalm 40:1-8;
Hosea 8:11-14; 10:1-2;
Hebrews 13:1-16;

O God, from whom all good proceeds: Grant that by your inspiration we may think those things that are right, and by your merciful guiding may do them; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

O wondrous type! O vision fair

1. 1 O wondrous type! O vision fair
of glory that the Church may share,
which Christ upon the mountain shows,
where brighter than the sun he glows!

2. With Moses and Elijah nigh
th'incarnate Lord holds converse high,
and from the cloud the Holy One
bears record to the only Son.

3. With shining face and bright array
Christ deigns to manifest today
what glory shall be theirs above
who joy in God with perfect love.

4. And faithful hearts are raised on high
by this great vision's mystery,
for which in joyful strains we raise
the voice of prayer, the hymn of praise.

5. O Father, with th'eternal Son
and Holy Spirit ever one,
we pray you, bring us by your grace
to see your glory face to face.
