Arrive early to view the art installation "Belonging" by DaySpringer Tina Linville and her studio (Art as Civic Practice) at Baylor. Tina will be available at 6:30 in the narthex to help explain more about the project.

🌿 A hidden Waco gem with stories that run deep.

The Middle Bosque River winds through a canyon just beyond the bustle of Waco, offering limestone bluffs, clear water, wildlife and a quiet sense of refuge. But as writer Eric Howell discovered while retracing a 40-year-old journey through the canyon, the river carries more than natural beauty — it carries stories.

From artists and longtime river residents to generations of people who have found freedom, reflection and community along its banks, the Middle Bosque has become a place worth slowing down to notice.

And sometimes, the most remarkable places are the ones hiding right in our backyard. 🌿

Francis Fest begins TONIGHT!!
Bring a picnic tonight at 6:00 for Dinner on the Grounds.
Then at 6:30, Adults are invited to a discussion in the Gathering Hall led by Sam Davidson. This presentation is an invitation to see creation through the most immediate lens available to most of us: our lawns, yards, porches, and green spaces. We will discuss where cultural ideas about lawns originated, and what it means to think about ourselves and our yards as fellow creatures. We will also learn how to heal local ecologies through concrete practices in our own backyards.

Youth Group will meet in the Narthex for games, a lesson, and discussion until 7:30 pm.

Kindergarten–5th grade students are invited to join Wednesday Worship in the chapel, featuring singing, a Bible lesson, prayer, and age grade activities. We have childcare available for children ages 0-4 in the baby and toddler worship care rooms.
