Dr. Joel Weaver serves as a professor at Baylor University’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary, where he teaches New Testament, Greek, and Hebrew. Before joining the seminary, he served churches in Indiana and Kentucky, bringing both pastoral experience and a love for Scripture to his teaching and ministry. Joel and his wife, Sally, have been faithful members of Calvary for 30 years, making him a familiar face and a cherished part of our church family. We are grateful to welcome Joel to the pulpit as he shares God’s Word with us. We hope to see you at church this Sunday, October 25th.

Our family dinner on Sunday was simply lovely. The dinner part was great but the family part was what made it special. Thank you to Calvary’s deacons and staff for their hospitality and preparation!

We hope you will join us THIS coming Sunday for a family dinner outside on the Calvary lawn. We'll meet at 5pm, share a meal, and fellowship with one another. The simple purpose of this is to GATHER TOGETHER. All ages are welcome.

We still need a few taco toppings, chips, and desserts. Link to sign up to bring one of these items is in the comments. We look forward to fellowship-ing with you!

Another joyful Sunday this past week as we celebrated the baptism of one of our youth, Austin Roberts.

Austin, we celebrate with you as you publicly proclaim your faith! We are grateful you are a part of our church family.
