Join us tomorrow, 10:30am, at St. Paul's Anglican church for the celebration of Easter. Our worship will include a baptism, Holy Eucharist, Sunday school for children and festive music. After the service we will have an Easter egg hunt and fellowship in the courtyard.

Thank you to our Altar guild and volunteers for your help this morning in getting our church ready for a wonderful celebration of Easter.

A greeting of blessing to all our friends on the Good Friday morning. All are welcome to celebrate Good Friday with us today by joining us at the following two services:

12:00PM Stations of the Cross
-This service follows the events of Jesus' condemnation, walk with the cross, his crucifixion and burial. We follow this path to remember and internalize the weight and cost of our own sin and the weight of Christ' glory to carry that sin upon himself.

7:00PM Good Friday Liturgy
-This service is conducted at the foot of the cross and leads us to through Jesus' death, into the tomb and anticipates the glory of the Resurrection on Easter morning.

What is Good Friday?

In C.S. Lewis' work The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Mr. Beaver continually declares Aslan is coming, ASlan is coming. This lifts the hearts of all who hear it. Yet Susan Pevensie is apprehensive as well and asks Mr. Beaver "is Aslan safe?" Mr. Beaver Responds, "Safe? ... 'Course he isn't safe. But he's good. He's the King, I tell you".

Today we call Friday 'Good' for all the best reasons. God is 'Good', Jesus is 'Good'. Christians call the Friday before Easter 'Good' because of the salvation and righteousness Jesus Christ's death offers to all people who receive this 'Good' by faith.
