🥣 Creamy Ranch Tortellini (Slow Cooker)
This is an easy, creamy, and comforting meal—perfect when you don’t feel like cooking 😮🔥
🛒 Ingredients
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
2 cups beef broth
1 package refrigerated beef tortellini
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 handful fresh spinach
👩🍳 Instructions
Add the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and beef broth to your slow cooker.
Turn the slow cooker to HIGH and let it heat for about 1 hour, until the cream cheese becomes soft.
Whisk or stir everything together until it forms a smooth, creamy sauce.
Add the tortellini, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
Add the fresh spinach and stir. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Turn off the heat or switch to warm and let the cheese melt.
Serve hot and enjoy.
