Football Sunday at RC was a whole vibe! We showed up repping our favorite teams, but when it comes to the team that really matters, we’re all wearing the same jersey.

In the Kingdom, we’re not called to sit on the sidelines. Everybody has a position. Everybody has an assignment. Everybody has a part to play.

We serve. We give. We pray. We love. We show up. We get in the game.

Because at the end of the day, we’re playing for the best team.

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???

🔥 BEHIND THE PULPIT 🔥

EVERYBODY WANTS A PASTOR… UNTIL THE PASTOR HAS TO PASTOR. 👀

Preach to me.
Pray for me.
Encourage me.
Be there for me.

But what about CORRECTING me? CHALLENGING me? LEADING me?
What about teaching me truth when the truth makes me uncomfortable?

And here’s something else we sometimes forget…

PASTORS ARE PEOPLE TOO.

They get tired.
They have families.
They face pressure.
They experience disappointment.
They can be hurt by people they still have to pray for.
And sometimes they have to stand behind the pulpit and pour into everybody else while carrying something themselves.

Yet the assignment remains.

🔥 PASTORING IS MORE THAN PREACHING.

Maybe we’ve judged an assignment we’ve never been biblically taught to understand.

This Sunday, we’re going BEHIND THE PULPIT.
