Have you ever listened to a sermon or sung a hymn that resonated with you deeply but not with someone else? This Fall, we're exploring our different "theological worlds" - the perspectives that shape our attitudes and actions. Moving beyond simple labels, we'll cultivate a new language for understanding the different ways we find and make meaning as people of faith. Join us this Sunday as we start the series with World One: The Revealer - exploring how longing, loneliness, and a desire to experience every day as a miraculous gift shape our lives.

We had a great night at our youth group outing to Level99! A fun way to start the new school year together. We look forward to our joint VBC - Emmaus United Church of Christ Sunday night youth group launching in a couple weeks. Hope to see you there!

When the historic home of Jeremiah Moore - an early Baptist advocate for religious freedom - was dismantled in 2003, VBC became steward of many bricks from the original house. Plans to reconstruct the home didn't materialize and so the bricks remained on our former property for many years. Today, we are excited to support the initiative of the Town of Vienna, Vienna250, and Scouting America Troop 1539 in salvaging these bricks as they explore a way to commemorate this part of the Town's unique history and connection to our nation's founding.
