NorCal Kick-Off for Youth & Young Adult Ministry! Get ready to be ON FiRE at the NorCal Jam on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9am-9pm at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. http://onfirenorcal.com

ON FiRE includes mass with Diocesan Bishops and 3000 youth, all you can eat lunch, speakers all day, evening concert and exclusive ride time from 7-9pm. More information and tickets at http://onfirenorcal.com

Who's the next TALENT?? Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for.... PAPA JOE & THE FAMILY!!

Papa Joe and the Family have been making music together since the kids were born! For more than 20 years, they have shared their gifts at St. Dominic’s in Benicia, with the core group made up of Sheriden, Elias, and Selia Lucero alongside Papa Joe. For this event, the group is joined by longtime vocalist Janice Dispo—who has been with them since the beginning—and newcomer Carmen Unson, along with talented musicians Vince Rillera on keyboards, Guillermo Landaker on bass, and Sean Nelson on drums. Over the years, Papa Joe and the Family have performed at numerous diocesan events as well as special gatherings beyond the diocese. Still, their greatest passion remains serving their parish each weekend, leading music at Mass and fulfilling their ministry through song.

And last... but definitely not least... we give you... SKAAMEN!!!!

SkaAmen is a Catholic ska band that uses ska rhythms in their music, combining elements of traditional Caribbean rhythms and jazz. They released their first album, "Contracorriente," in 2014 and have a mission to glorify God through music. They have members from the Diocese of Stockton, Oakland, and San Jose. The band changed their name from "Amen" to "SkaAmen" to reflect their musical style and their commitment to serving God through music.
