The Olive Tree Ministry Center

The Olive Tree Ministry Center Understanding your faith journey and Gods Will...from His viewpoint

The Olive Tree is a Christian organization embracing the “mini-church” concept---

Where families and individuals worship God in an informal, safe, family-style environment;

Where everyone is a minister with a God-given purpose;

Where real-life struggles collide with God’s Almighty Power to change lives for eternity;

Where real-life successes are celebrated with grateful hearts to God, the Giver of all good gifts;

Where great truths of the Bible go deep & simple;

Where children are celebrated as equals in God’s kingdom;

Where labels are unimportant and people of different denominational beliefs may feel comfortable searching the scriptures together;

Where opinions are respected;

Where the Holy Spirit is the Guide for each individual, and what is said there, stays there;

Where challenging differences and disputable matters are referred to small-group Bible studies at other than regular worship times;

Where accountability is met with compassion;

Where people who have "given up on church" may find community on a personal level. The Olive Tree is a family who supports, defends and lifts one another, and there will always be an empty seat waiting for you. The Olive Tree Ministry Center is an organized Company of the Idaho Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

This study will challenge you to examine your relationship with God and answer life's most important question. Rev. 4 & 5: God is on His throne, and heaven remains focused on worshiping Him. Amid life's battles and distractions, true peace is found not in having all the answers, but in trusting and worshiping the One who holds all things together. Allow His presence to renew your heart today.

Rev. 3:14-27: Laodicea reflects our struggle today, both personally and as Gods’ church, and reveals our only remedy. How is your spiritual life? Has comfort and routine replaced your passion and purpose and dulled your dependence on Christ? Ask God to change you.

Rev. 3:7-13: The church of Philadelphia reveals Jesus’ call for each of us personally—and for His church corporately—to return fully and completely to Him. As we do, we learn to move in harmony with the Holy Spirit, allowing the promises of Christ to be revealed in our lives and within His church. Are you truly listening to what the Spirit is saying? Are you willing to trust Jesus completely?

Rev. 3:1-6: The message to Sardis is a call for every believer and every congregation to self-evaluation. We can become focused on traditions, programs, and opinions, but are we simply going through religious motions or are we truly alive in Christ? Being active is not the same as being alive. The Reformation rediscovered a life-changing truth: "The righteous will live by faith." and Sardis reminds us of what matters most: a living relationship with Christ

Rev. 2:18-29: Hope Through Spiritual Darkness: Thyatira reminds us that even in seasons of spiritual darkness, Christ never abandons His people. History records compromise and failures yet God has always had people who trusted Him completely. Our hope has never rested in human perfection. It rests in our perfect Savior who is looking for hearts that belong fully to Him. May we trust Him wholeheartedly and encourage others to do the same.

Rev. 2:12-17: Compromised Faith: The church in Pergamum compromised its faith through political power and by blending Christianity with surrounding beliefs and practices. Where do you think Christians today are most tempted to compromise biblical truth while still believing they're doing the right thing?

Rev. 2:8-11: Understand the eternal principals Jesus gave to Smyrna that apply to us today and address the strength of your faith and what it does for you. Understand exactly what the second death is and why you will escape it. Is your faith unshakeable?
