Clear biblical teaching is the catalyst for life transformation, and that ongoing life-change happens best in small groups. (Luke 6:12-13, Acts 2:44-47)

Excellence honors God and inspires people - In-house definition of Excellence – DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! (Colossians 3:17, Malachi 1:6-14, Proverbs 27:17)

Christ-followers should lead the church with leadership gifts that have embraced the mission, vision and core values of their church.

The next season may feel uncomfortable. The next assignment may stretch you. The next level may require courage you didn’t know you had.

When Joshua stood at the edge of his next, God didn’t promise ease—He promised His presence.

“Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

Don’t let the pain of transition make you retreat from the promise. Push through the pain of next. There is purpose on the other side.
