A $50 Gift Card Can Create Powerful Gratitude.

In partnership with Ridge Elementary, we are helping provide Thanksgiving meals for underserved families.

A $50 Kroger, Food Lion, or Walmart gift card gives a neighbor the choice to provide that meal for their own family. That choice is the gift. It turns a simple card into a table full of food, and a family full of thanks.

Bring your gift card to church on Sunday, by November 8.

Our tradition reminds us that we never have to carry grief alone. We belong to a great cloud of witnesses, bound together by an eternal love. That is the heart of All Saints' Sunday. It is a sacred, ancient tradition where we pause to remember the faithful who have gone before us and celebrate the unbroken communion between the living and the dead. Most importantly, it is a dedicated space to honor the loved ones we have specifically lost this year. During worship, we will light candles together. Each candle serves as a tangible reminder of their enduring presence among us and a physical artifact of God's perpetual light shining upon them. Whether you are familiar with this liturgy or simply need a quiet, holy place to grieve and remember, there is a seat for you here. Join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00 am.

The antidote for a world appropriating human agency to God's moral character is looking to the life of Jesus. It's through the life of service, love, and speaking truth to power that we find the heartbeat of God's True identity.

We have two more weeks of Built to Last. This week, we are talking about how to know your own character and design in the midst of a loving God.

Good news: you just got an extra week to figure out who you aren't.

We are moving Trunk or Treat back one week so our families and neighbors get the best experience possible. That gives you seven more days to hunt down the missing costume piece, finish the cardboard robot, or decide on your alter ego.

Everything else stays the same: loaded car trunks, live band, bounce houses, games, plenty of candy, and zero cost.

When: Sunday, October 25 | 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Where: Welborne UMC Parking Lot

Cost: Free and open to everyone in the community
