Mindfulness Meditation on May 6, 13, 20th at 6p in the Round Room at TCC

Happiness and joy are possible! During the next few weeks, we will engage in practices that open the heart and connect us with friendliness, compassion, and love. Whether you are brand new to meditation or have a consistent meditation practice, I'm grateful to you for your intention to practice, and look forward to sharing these joyful teachings starting this Wednesday at 7p at TCC in the Round Room.
