Fergason Cemetery

Fergason Cemetery Historic Cemetery located in Lawrence County, Alabama near 3439 County Road 45 in the Hatton community.

This local and still very active Cemetery has burials that date from the late 1790's and include Veterans from the American Revolution, Civil War, Korean War, World War I and II, Vietnam War, Alabama National Guard and Civil servants. Our annual Decoration Day is the 3rd Sunday in May each year and we welcome friends and visitors to join us in honoring the memory of our families and friends who are interred here.

Please check on your flags and flagpoles and repair or replace as needed. Strong winds and thunderstorms can damage or destroy flags and flagpoles quickly. Also please replace the solar lights on the flagpoles as needed. Thank you.

Always remember to put your family member's name on the bottom of your new flower arrangement. It's much easier to identify and replace on the correct Monument if the flowers get blown around or misplaced.
