A quick update from day one of registration for 🌺Rainforest Falls VBS🌺

🦝 Our Nursery and Preschool programs are now🌱FULL🌱 however, you are welcome to register on our waitlist.

🐆 Our Elementary program still has plenty of room, but does have a capacity for safety reasons.

🦍Volunteer registration is still open! We couldn't do VBS without our amazing volunteers!

🦜We are so excited to see everyone for 🌺Rainforest Falls VBS🌺 this summer as we learn more about God's love for us!

Things are gearing up for a week full of adventure at 🌺 Rainforest Falls VBS🌺!

📝 Registration is online only and runs from May 20 to July 6

🦜 VBS is taking place this July 20-24 from 9 am to 12 pm

🐆 School-aged children (Finishing Kindergarten through Grade 5) can register for the elementary program

🦝 Preschoolers (Turning 4 by December 1, up to age 5/6, who have not been to Kindergarten) can register for the preschool program. The preschool program has very limited space.

🐸 Please note: we have a maximum number of children we can safely accommodate, so don't wait to sign up!

🦍 Song Leaders must also register as participants so they can be put in a Crew!

🌟 Crew Leaders and other volunteers are still needed! Anyone finishing 6th grade and older is welcome to volunteer or be a Crew Leader. We have positions for everyone!

🌺Rainforest Falls VBS🌺 Service Project: Operation Kid-to-Kid

Each year during Vacation Bible School, we take time to serve our community in a simple, hands-on way, and this year is no different.

For the past two years, we’ve supported our friends at the Sheridan Parkside Life Center by helping stock their food pantry and clothing closet.

They also serve the community through computer and cooking classes and even offer a free laundromat for neighbors in need.

This year, we’re focusing on helping keep that laundromat running by collecting:

🫧 laundry detergent
✨ dryer sheets
🫧fabric softener
✨ stain removal products

Donations will be collected in the lobby throughout the entire week of 🌺Rainforest Falls VBS🌺, so be sure to look for the themed bin on your way in!

Our main Bible point this year is God is Love. As we learn about God’s love for us, we also look for ways to show love to others, and this is one simple way we can care for our neighbors.

At 🌺Rainforest Falls VBS🌺, we’re heading into God’s wild and beautiful world where kids will discover what it means to be rooted in His love.

Before we head into that adventure, we invite you to come experience the story that shows God’s love in action:

✨ Journey Through Good Friday
An interactive, self-guided walk where you can experience and reflect on what Jesus went through at your own pace.

🗓️ Come anytime:
• Wednesday, April 1 | 5–7 PM
• Friday, April 3 | 10 AM–5 PM
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids are welcome
♿ Wheelchair accessible

And join us for the rest of Holy Week:

🕊️ Maundy Thursday (April 2 • 7 PM)
Remember the Last Supper and Jesus’ command to love one another. The service also includes the stripping of the altar, a tradition symbolizing Christ’s humiliation and preparation for His crucifixion.

🙏 Good Friday (April 3 • 7 PM)
A solemn service remembering the cross. It is called “Good” because of what God accomplished through Christ’s sacrifice.

🕯️ Easter Vigil (April 4 • 5:30 PM)
A powerful service moving from darkness to light as we begin the celebration of the Resurrection and the first proclamation of Easter joy.

🌅 Easter Sunday (April 5 • 8:45 & 11:15 AM)
Celebrate Jesus’ victory over death and the hope we have in Him!

🥞 Easter Breakfast (10 AM)
Free for everyone to enjoy, with an egg hunt and resurrection party for kids halfway through!

Registration for our awesome Crew Leaders and amazing VBS Volunteers is now open, and we'd love it if you'd join in the fun!

Vacation Bible School simply wouldn’t happen without our many volunteers who give their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make the week special.

We’re so grateful for everyone who helps bring VBS to life each year!
