First Trinity will host its annual “Trunk or Treat” on Saturday, October 24, from 2 – 4 p.m. Now is the time to mark your calendars and plan on bringing the kids by. You are welcome to give some thought to decorating your car and/or trunk and participating in this year’s Trunk or Treat. We welcome several hundred children at this annual event.

We ask families to avoid scary monsters or inappropriate themes, remembering we are a church organization, and desire to be witnesses to Jesus Christ. Sign up your car using the “Register” button above and arrive at church on October 24 by 1:30 p.m. If you have questions about this event please call Carl Fretthold at 716-870-6216, or email him at [email protected].

You can also help us by donating bags of candy! There is a drawer marked “Candy for Trunk or Treat” in the donation center near the workroom in the office hallway. Please no candy with nuts.

This event is where we come together to help feed people in our community by partnering with St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy. We assemble bagged peanut butter and jelly lunches. Stations are set up in the Gym with all the supplies you will need.

There are volunteer opportunities for set up the night before, participation in making the bagged lunches the day of, donation of requested food/supplies for the lunches, driving down to drop off lunches, and clean-up. Learn more about how to support the operation at FirstTrinity.com/Events.

Join us in celebrating this historic moment! We are excited to install Pastor Jason Christ as lead pastor at First Trinity on Sunday, October 11. Service will be at 4 p.m. with a dinner to follow.
