Responding to Homelessness in Western New York

We're thrilled to share that Align Western New York is now able to help those in our community who are experiencing homelessness connect with essential services and resources to get off the streets.

Through a specialized assessment tool, we ensure that individuals receive the support they need based on their assessment score, which then places them on a prioritization list. Once connected, this process not only secures the funding needed for housing but also connects individuals to supportive services throughout their journey. This is a powerful step forward in our mission to serve the most vulnerable among us and guide them toward stability and hope, while offering repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Gospel.

The Christian community now has a tangible, long-term solution that connects individuals to funding and supportive services, as well as the ability to walk alongside them and love them into the Kingdom of Christ, fulfilling the commission Christ gave us.
