A big step.
A beautiful season ahead ✨

Yesterday was such a special Sunday at Sunridge Community Church in Temecula as we celebrated Promotion Week across our kids, middle school, and high school ministries.

We had the joy of celebrating our 5th graders, 8th graders, and high school seniors as they reached meaningful milestones in their faith journey. Each student was recognized and given a special gift from their ministry leaders in honor of this exciting next step.

Some of these students have grown up right here at Sunridge, while others have joined our church family more recently. Each one has made a meaningful impact and is such a valued part of our community.

It was a beautiful time of encouragement as we celebrated all God has done in their lives and looked ahead with excitement to what’s next.

Watching these students grow in biblical truth, confidence, and belonging has been such a gift.

To our Sunridge families — thank you for letting us be part of your children’s faith journey.

To every student we celebrated yesterday — we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see how God continues to grow your faith.

You don’t need to try harder…
you might need a different source.

Most of us don’t struggle because we don’t care.

We struggle because we’re trying.

Trying to be more patient.
Trying to be more loving.
Trying to keep it together.

And for a while… it works.

From a distance, everything looks right.

But underneath, it’s exhausting.

This Sunday’s message, Formed from the Inside Out, reframes something many of us feel but can’t explain:

You can do all the right things… and still feel like nothing is actually changing.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from effort alone.

The kind of life Jesus invites us into isn’t forced.

It grows.

Not when we push harder…
but when we stay connected to the right source.

You don’t have to have it all together to come to God.

Jesus says the Kingdom belongs to those who know they need Him.
Not the impressive.
Not the perfect.
Just the open.
