Sin never advertises the destination.

It offers a few crumbs of pleasure along the way—something that looks good, feels good, and promises satisfaction.

But where is it leading?

Thomas Watson wrote: “What fools are they who, for a drop of pleasure, drink a sea of wrath.”

Temptation wants you focused on the crumbs so you never notice the road.

Don’t just ask, “Does this feel good?” Ask, “Where is this leading me?”

A long life isn’t necessarily a life well lived.

The tragedy isn’t giving your life in faithful service to Christ. The tragedy is reaching the end having lived only for comfort, leisure, and yourself.

We were made for more than collecting “shells.”
We were made to know Christ, serve Him, and live for His glory.

Don’t waste your life!
