If someone offers to help, it's okay to say yes. β˜• A specific ask often makes it easier for everyone, like a ride to an appointment, a phone call, or an hour of company on a hard afternoon. And if you're the one who wants to help, a concrete offer such as "I'll bring dinner Tuesday" tends to land better than "let me know if you need anything." 🌿
