Will you join us in praying the Novena to the Sacred Heart? ❤️🔥
Day 1 - Heart of Jesus, aflame with love for us
Lord, I come to Your tender Heart today, to You who have words that set my heart ablaze, to You who pour out compassion on the little ones and the poor, on those who suffer, and on all human miseries. I desire to know You more, to contemplate You in the Gospel, to be with You and learn from You and from the charity with which You allowed Yourself to be touched by all forms of poverty. You showed us the Father’s love by loving us without measure with Your divine and human Heart. Grant all Your children the grace of encountering You. Change, shape, and transform our plans, so that we seek only You in every circumstance: in prayer, in work, in encounters, and in our daily routine. From this encounter, send us out on mission, a mission of compassion for the world in which You are the source from which all consolation flows.

On June 11, 2026, as part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Parishes around the country are encouraged to join the bishops in celebrating the consecration of our nation to the Sacred Heart.
The consecration will be livestreamed by the USCCB and available on our website miamiarch.org.

Primer Día – Corazón de Jesús, Horno ardiente de caridad
Señor, hoy vengo a tu tierno Corazón, a Ti que tienes palabras que encienden el mío, a Ti que derramas compasión sobre los pequeños y los pobres, sobre los que sufren y sobre toda miseria humana. Deseo conocerte más, contemplarte en el Evangelio, estar contigo y aprender de Ti y del amor con que te dejaste tocar por todas las formas de pobreza. Tú nos mostraste el amor del Padre amándonos sin medida con tu Corazón divino y humano. Concede a todos tus hijos la gracia del encuentro contigo. Cambia, moldea y transforma nuestros planes, para que sólo te busquemos a Ti en cada circunstancia: en la oración, en el trabajo, en los encuentros y en nuestra rutina diaria. Y desde este encuentro, envíanos en misión;una misión de compasión por un mundo en el que eres la fuente de donde fluye toda consolación.

El 11 de junio de 2026, como parte de la celebración del 250.º aniversario de la firma de la Declaración de Independencia, los obispos de Estados Unidos consagrarán los Estados Unidos de América al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. Se anima a las parroquias de todo el país a unirse a los obispos para celebrar la consagración de nuestra nación al Sagrado Corazón.
