The Challenge

We consider the present culture as a huge challenge for today’s ministers and ministry teams to the degree that it has forced many to simply “move on.” In the wake of such “departures” a wasteland has been created—leaving the next generation to “figure it out on their own!” For NCM, this challenge is the present reality and one that we believe are called to address by speaking to the development of a solid Bible-rooted worldview in our people and taking on the culture’s questioning of God’s purpose – head-on.
