Introducing Iowa’s New SUN Bucks Program!

Starting in early June 2026, eligible Iowa school-age children will
receive $120 in grocery benefits per child to support
healthy eating when school’s out.

There are two ways children can qualify for SUN Bucks:
automatic eligibility or with an application. Most eligible
families won’t need to file a SUN Bucks application. But if
you do; applications open in early June.

Tonight was a special night in the life of our church as we celebrated the confirmation of five of our WOW students.

Through their journey of faith, learning, and growth, they’ve each taken an important step in claiming their beliefs as their own. We are so proud of the young people they are becoming and the commitment they’ve made today.

As we move forward with merging the locations of Living Faith UM and Christ UM, we have made some changes to the service times.

Both the 9 AM service and the 11 AM service will be held at Living Faith in Tama. Please watch this page for any changes or updates!

Easter Day service times.

A reminder that these Easter services will be the last services held at Christ UM in Toledo and the Montour Center of Living Faith as we combine our congregations into one.

Our Good Friday service takes place at 7 pm tonight, Friday April 3rd at the Living Faith Montour Center. All are welcome.

Our WOW events looked a little different last night as we held our Maundy Thursday on Wednesday service- but before the service our WOW youth and adult Christian Ed classes took part in a traditional Seder meal. Different courses were served and explained and we ended by folding palm fronds into crosses. Some were more successful than others!
