" THOUGHT FOR TODAY "
The Christian life requires spiritual strength.
Strength to resist temptation.
Strength to endure trials.
Strength to stand for truth.
Strength to keep serving when others quit.
Strength to pray when answers seem delayed.
The enemy wants believers to become weak, discouraged, and defeated.
But God says:
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might." (Ephesians 6:10)
Our strength is not in ourselves.
Not in our education.
Not in our finances.
Not in our popularity.
Our strength is in the Lord.
When David faced Goliath, he did not trust his size or skill. He trusted God.
When Paul endured persecution, he declared:
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13)
God is still strengthening His people today.

"A THOUGHT FOR TODAY "
"Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing..."
Revelation 3:17
The Laodiceans believed they needed nothing. Their prosperity had produced spiritual complacency.
One of the most dangerous statements a believer can make is, "I don't need God like I once did."
Prosperity can become a curse when it causes us to stop praying.
Success can become dangerous when it causes us to stop depending on God.
The church was comfortable, but it was not powerful.
It was organized, but it was not anointed.
It had wealth, but it lacked revival.
Today many people measure success by buildings, budgets, and crowds. But God measures success by holiness, faithfulness, and obedience.
The church does not need more entertainment. The church needs the power of the Holy Ghost.
We do not need less prayer; we need more prayer.
We do not need less preaching; we need more preaching under the anointing of God.

" Morning Thought "
Peter said, "Silver and gold have I none."
The lame man thought his greatest need was financial help. Peter understood that his deepest need was healing.
Money can buy a house but not a home. Money can buy medicine but not healing. Money can buy a bed but not sleep. Money can buy entertainment but not joy.
Many people today are crippled by sin, fear, depression, addiction, and hopelessness. The world offers temporary solutions, but Jesus offers complete deliverance.
The church's greatest treasure has never been silver or gold.
Our greatest treasure is Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 61:1
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek..."
The answer for a broken world is still Jesus.

" THOUGHT "
"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."
Malachi 3:10
Today we are looking at one of the most powerful promises in the Word of God. Through the prophet Malachi, God spoke to a people who had become careless in their worship and commitment. They wanted God's blessings, but they were neglecting God's commands.
Yet even in their failure, God extended an invitation:
"Prove me now herewith."
This is one of the few places in Scripture where God invites His people to test His faithfulness. God was not asking for money because He needed it. He was asking for obedience because they needed it. The God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills does not need our resources. He desires our hearts. Tithing was never just about finances, it was about faith, trust, and honoring God.

" A THOUGHT "
"I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old."
Palms 77:11
There are times in life when the enemy attacks our minds. There are moments when our prayers seem unanswered, our hearts become heavy, and our faith is tested. The psalmist Asaph found himself in such a season. He was troubled, distressed, and searching for God's presence.
Yet in the middle of his struggle, he made a powerful decision:
"I will remember the works of the Lord."
He did not say, "I might remember." He said, "I will remember." It was a choice of faith. Sometimes the greatest weapon against present discouragement is remembering God's past faithfulness.
This morning, God is calling His people to remember what He has done!

" A THOUGHT "
“Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.” Isaiah 46:9
We are living in a time when people are placing their trust in money, government, technology, and human ability. Many are looking for answers in all the wrong places. But God speaks through the prophet Isaiah and says, “Remember!”
God was reminding Israel not to forget who He is. They were surrounded by false gods and idols, but the Lord declared, “I am God, and there is none like Me.”
Today, the Holy Spirit is calling the church back to a fresh remembrance of God's power, faithfulness, and sovereignty. When you remember who God is, fear loses its grip, faith rises, and victory becomes possible.

"THOUGHT"
These things I command you, that ye love one another.
John 15:17
We are living in a time when hatred is increasing, division is everywhere, and people are becoming lovers of themselves more than lovers of God. Yet in the midst of a broken world, Jesus gives His disciples a clear command—not a suggestion, not a recommendation, but a command:
“Love one another.”
This command came from the lips of the Savior just hours before His crucifixion. Knowing He would soon suffer on the cross, Jesus reminded His followers that one of the greatest marks of true discipleship is genuine love.
The power of Pentecost is not only demonstrated through speaking in tongues, miracles, and spiritual gifts. The greatest evidence of the Holy Ghost is a heart filled with the love of God.
Jesus said, “I command you.”
Many people love when it is convenient. They love when they are appreciated. They love when others agree with them.
But Jesus commands us to love even when it is difficult.
Love the brother who offended you.
Love the sister who misunderstood you.
Love the neighbor who rejects you.
Love the sinner who needs salvation.
Love is not based on feelings; it is based on obedience.
The flesh says, “Get even.”
The Spirit says, “Forgive.”
The flesh says, “Hold a grudge.”
The Spirit says, “Love anyway.”
When the Holy Ghost is in control, God's love begins to flow through us.

"THOUGHT"
The memory of the righteous is blessed,
But the name of the wicked will rot.
Proverbs 10:7
People who live righteously leave behind a positive legacy; they are remembered with honor, gratitude, and respect.
In contrast, those who live wickedly may be remembered with shame, or their reputation may fade and be despised.
The proverb emphasizes that a person's character affects how they are remembered long after they are gone. It encourages living in a way that blesses others and leaves a godly legacy. Ecclesiastes 7:1 says, “A good name is better than fine perfume,” highlighting the value of a righteous reputation.

Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
John12:25
This verse confronts every believer with a choice:
Will we cling to this temporary world, or will we surrender everything to Jesus?
The life that is held tightly will eventually be lost.
The life that is surrendered to Christ will be preserved forever.
Today the Holy Spirit is calling His people to deeper commitment, deeper consecration, and deeper surrender.
Lay your ambitions on the altar.
Lay your pride on the altar.
Lay your entire life before Jesus.
For when we lose our lives for His sake, we discover the abundant life He promised and the eternal life He has prepared.
