House Of Praise House of Praise House of Praise has been pastored by Pastor Steve Burton, Sr. since June 2006. We just love to worship Jesus Christ. We just love the Word of God.

House of Praise is a local church in South Jersey that meets at the Holiday Inn Select in Pureland Industrial Park, Swedesboro New Jersey every Sunday at 10AM. We have casual dress, exciting contemporary worship, very creative ways of presenting the Word of God using media, great children's programs, powerful men's and women's ministries, a mid week called "Thirsty Thursday" as well as several eff

Today, we think about… Between “IT IS FINISHED” and “HE IS RISEN”.
Christ’s body was silent in the tomb, but His spirit was released to go on His next mission. He descended into Sheol (Hebrew)
Hades (Greek) to…
1) Set the OT faithful free and take them to Heaven
2) Preach to the “prisoners” (ignorant) and offer them salvation
3) To Declare His victory over death, Hades and all the realm of darkness.
4)To possess the Keys to His Kingdom, for which He paid a dear price.
