During Sunday’s message, “Thirst Trap,” Pastor Eric reminded us of a powerful truth: God created us to thirst for Him.

As Dr. Dawkins shared, that longing deep within us was placed there by God Himself. We were never meant to be satisfied by the things of this world alone. Our hearts were designed to seek Him, know Him, and be filled by His presence.

The beautiful thing is that God doesn’t simply satisfy our thirst. He pours out more than we could ever imagine. Many times we come to Him asking for what we think we need, only to discover that His plans, His provision, and His blessings are far greater than anything we could have asked for ourselves.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think…” Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)

Thank you for every sacrifice made, every lesson taught, every prayer prayed, and every example set.

Your impact is greater than you know, and your presence is a gift to those you love.

Life Moments at Life in Christ Ministries

Sister Edith was truly inspired by Sunday’s message, “What Have You Done With What God Gave You?” from Matthew 25:14 & 24:30.

She shared that Pastor Eric taught about the importance of being faithful stewards over the gifts & talents that God has given to us. He said that many people desire to hear God say, “Well done, My good and faithful servant,” but too often people bury the very gifts and talents God has given them instead of developing and using them for His glory. So, unfortunately many will die without having all that the Lord has for them here on earth!

Sister Edith was also impacted by the reminder that God cannot use us the way He desires if we allow the enemy to influence our lives. She expressed particular concern for today’s young people, many of whom are being pulled in the wrong direction and distracted from the plans God has for them.

Because of this, she would love to see more young people attend Life in Christ Ministries. She believes it is a wonderful ministry where people can grow in God’s Word, strengthen their faith, and learn to walk in the purpose God has called them to fulfill.
