Good morning! By God's good grace I will be back in church giving the message tomorrow. I'm excited to be with you again. I'm also excited to share that in my downtime, in my healing time, I've been spending time with the Lord. I've been preparing my new summer sermon series. The past 6 weeks have been preparing for summer messages. There are many facets to this series.
Please join us at Ragersville Zion UCC for worship on the hill.
Join me as we embark on AWARE - The Awareness and Awe of God. For eight weeks we will have a different theme that comes under this umbrella. Each week there will be a new picture frame on the Altar table with the highlight for the message that God is sending to us each week. There will be a jewel treasure box on the table along with a candle and a bowl of water. God's beauty surrounds us every day.
Each week a new jewel will be placed in the treasure box that represents a new jewel that we will find in the Scriptures. You will also have a bulletin insert for sermon reflection.
Please come and let God speak to you about a life lived in the presence of God. Open our eyes, Lord! Our spiritual eyes may need to have some worldly cataracts removed. I'm like a horse waiting for the gate to open. I may not be ready physically to run any races yet...but my spirit is alive and well. Let's run this race together.
REMEMBER -- WE WILL BE SERVING BREAKFAST AT 9:15 FOLLOWED BY WORSHIP AT 10:00 AM.

Good morning, Church!
Please remember that Chris Pratt will be sharing the message this morning.
Chris resides in Strasburg. He is married to Becky and they have two children.
His son, Carter, graduated with his masters this spring. Their daughter, Kennedy, will be a senior.
Chris has been a boy scout leader for many years. I have known him for a long time.
He is such a fun guy to be around, and he has played the role of Jesus for at least 11 years for the Jerusalem Walk and for us this last Maundy Thursday.
This is Chris' first time to speak at Ragersville. Please give him a gracious welcome and your support.

Prayerfully, I will be back with you the 1st Sunday in June.

To our scholarship recipients, I'm sorry I'm not there to welcome and congratulate you, but we, at Ragersville Zion UCC, are extremely proud of your accomplishments and it is our privilege to invest in your future through these scholarships.
