NewPointe Missions We believe the local church is the hope of the world living and teaching the truth of Jesus, and has the potential and power to bring about real change.

NewPointe is committed to making a difference, and we are working toward making an impact on the top 8 needs of the world. Below you will find the list of needs:
-Water – access to safe water could prevent the deaths of 1.5 million children a year worldwide.
-Food – 870 million people in the world are suffering from chronic undernourishment.
-Shelter - homelessness or inadequate shelter affects over 100 million people worldwide.
-Clothing - all across America, many children do not have the proper clothing to keep them warm in the winter.
-Education - roughly 50 percent of children in developing countries complete school through 5th grade only.
-Trade - If developing countries have trade, they secure a share in international trade, which is needed for economic growth.
-Medical - 90 percent of medicines are brought into developing countries by individuals, churches, and organizations rather than being provided by the country itself.
-Spiritual - people’s greatest need today is to discover the true identity of God. We are committed to church planting in NE Ohio as well as across the world.

Due to lack of tourism, Palestinian Christians are suffering economically, and through our mission partnership we want to help generate revenue to assist them. Hand-crafted items made by Palestinian Christians will be for sale inside the south doors at the Dover Campus for three days only: December 12-14. Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon, Sunday, 3 to 6 p.m., and Monday, 9 a.m. to noon. It is our hope that in selling their crafts we can help our Christian friends.

If you haven't heard already, NewPointe has been working with strategic partners the entire month of October to deliver free food to families and communities that need it all over Ohio. With any project, there are lots of logistics and planning that goes on behind the scenes that most never hear about. That is why we want to say THANK YOU to Williams Toyota Lift and Selinsky Force for all the help and equipment they have donated to help with getting food to communities in Ohio.
We are so thankful to have companies in our community that are FOR our community and are willing to help and give of their time and resources without asking for anything in return. Thank you!!!
For those of you not familiar with these companies, check out their websites:

When you have schools and educators that care about the mental health of our children as much as educating them, we are on the way to healthier communities. So thankful to have a school that loves our community and kids as much as Canton Local Schools.

We are proud to partner with CommQuest for school-based mental health services!
