Join us July 5th-9th for Emerald Crossing VBS! A journey through Ireland, where Psalm 23 comes to life! If you are interested in helping, see Keri Barnes or text 417-793-4529. Positions include: group leaders, registration table, tech person, Bible teacher, Science station, crafts, and Recreation. Looking forward to see God work in the lives of these children! Please be in prayer over the preparation and for sharing of the gospel, and watch for a donation list in sanctuary!

Offerings for Missouri Baptist Children’s Home can be left in the little house at the front of the sanctuary or as a designated amount given in the offering plate in honor of a special day you are celebrating in May.

Sunday morning Young at Heart will be cruising to Boone’s BBQ Barn in Bolivar for a bite to eat.

We will have Men’s Bible Study Sunday night as we finish The Discipline of a Godly Man study.

Join OCC Fillers & Fellowship Saturday, May 9th, from 10:00 to noon as we prepare items for the Christmas Shoeboxes we will be sending to children around the world. Each box will contain the gospel message which can reach untold numbers of people through one simple gift.

Taking place in the city park this Thursday, May 7th, at noon will be the National Day of Prayer. Come pray with others in our community for needs nationwide.

We will be opening the church this Thursday, May 7th, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm for a prayer vigil. This is a come and go time of prayer for our community, schools, government, or whatever else is on your heart to bring before God in prayer.

This, the last Sunday of the month is when we collect an offering for our benevolence fund. This offering is used to help our congregation with unexpected needs.

There will be no Men’s Bible Study Sunday night.

Women’s Bible Study will resume Sunday night at 5:00. We’d love to have more join us!

There is a deacons’ meeting Sunday night at 7:00.

We will be delivering Meals on Wheels this week April 27-May 1. See Kelly Creek or call the office if you are interested in finding out how to help with this ministry.

Join us this Sunday morning for a fellowship meal in the CLC.
Everyone is invited!

We will observe The Lord's Supper this Sunday in morning worship.

Lunch time for the ladies! Young at Heart will dine on Mexican food in Lamar Sunday.

Trustees meet Sunday night at 7:00.

Our quarterly business meeting is scheduled for next Sunday, April 19th at 11:00. One of the agenda items will be electing a nominating committee, so please plan to attend.

It’s time for our spring bonfire and cookout next Sunday evening, April 19th at 6:00. We will provide the hamburgers and hotdogs so if you want to bring a favorite side dish or dessert we’ll help you eat it! Invite a friend or neighbor to join you for this special time of food and fellowship with our church family.
