Recycling in June will be on the 2nd Saturday, June 13th, the same day as the Annual Congregational Meeting, due to the fact that the third Saturday is part of Father's Day weekend.

Even though we had a fire effecting our sanctuary, we will still hold worship service this Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Join Rev. Matt for a discussion entitled “Curiously Imagining.” In a world increasingly divided by certainty and suspicion, how might curiosity help us build deeper understanding across generations, beliefs, and experiences? Together, we will reflect on how intergenerational connection and openness can strengthen a congregation’s mission, vision, and purpose in the Stockton community. Come ready to wonder, to listen, and to imagine what becomes possible when we choose curiosity over fear.
THIS SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON THE PATIO BETWEEN THE CHURCH AND THE COTTAGE. THERE WILL BE LIMITED SHADE. PLEASE WEAR A HAT AND/OR BRING A PARASOL FOR SUN PROTECTION.
YOU CAN ENTER THROUGH THE GATE ON PACIFIC OR THE PARKING LOT DOOR.
ALSO, THERE WILL BE NO COFFEE HOUR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. FEEL FREE TO BRING A DRINK AND SNACK WITH YOU!

At approximately 4 a.m. today, there was a fire at our church. As you face the outside Sanctuary doors, the fire went up the left side and into the foyer. Luckily, it was reported (we do not know by whom) and the fire department was able to put it out before it did very extensive damage. We have already started a claim with our insurance company and mitigation for smoke damage could begin as soon as tomorrow.

A Garden Work Day is scheduled for May 23rd at 10 a.m. We will be spreading bark chips. Bring a water bottle and garden gloves (if you have them).
