Last week we learned about Jesus’ 40 days in the wilderness and how He faced temptation after His baptism. Satan tempted Him with food, power, and testing God’s protection, but Jesus responded with Scripture and remained faithful.

The children learned that temptation is the urge to do something wrong and that God’s Word gives us strength to make good choices. We also learned that Jesus understands our struggles because He experienced temptation too.

To bring the lesson to life, the kids completed fun challenges that gave them a small glimpse of the perseverance Jesus showed in the wilderness.

It was a fun morning of learning and growing in faith as we discovered that with God’s help, we can stand strong when faced with temptation! ❤️

When you look at a cross, what does it mean to you? ✝️

The kids painted crosses while learning that Jesus chose the cross because He loves us so much. We talked about forgiveness, grace, and how the cross reminds us that God's love is bigger than anything we face. We are so proud of these young hearts growing in faith.

Another update: she is out of icu and is continuing to do better and better. Thank you all for your prayers.

Additional update: she is awake and alert.

Update: report is that she is stable.

Immediate call for prayer: young girl is in very critical, serious condition. We will not elaborate on name or specifics. Be in prayer for the young girl, the family, and the caregivers at this very important time.
