We just wanted to send a friendly reminder that we will be clearing the cemetery on Monday March 16th. As per the regulations all artificial decorations must be cleared by March 15th. If they are not we will have them taken off. Regulations state that no artificial decorations or artficial flowers may be placed on graves between March 15th and November 15th. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.

Due to the upcoming storm, the cemetery gates will remain closed on Sunday, January 25th, to ensure public safety and allow for timely roadway clearance.

Today we will celebrate the retirement of our Foreman Doug Simmons. Doug has been serving the families who chose Union Cemetery as their final resting place for 17 and a half years. We wish you well in all of your future endeavors. You will be missed.

If anyone is interested we have a job opening for a seasonal trimmer. If you would like to apply for the position please stop in our office for an application. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Our office will be closed on Friday July 4th to celebrate Independence Day. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday July 7th. We hope you have a safe and happy 4th of July!

We wanted to send out a reminder that our office will be closed on Monday May 26th. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday May 27th. If you are visiting the cemetery and notice that we missed placing a flag for your Veteran there will be flags by the office door for you to take. 🇺🇸

We wanted to send out our yearly reminder that we will be clearing the graves of all artificial decorations. Each year all artificial decorations need to be taken off of graves by March 15th. If they are not removed before then our grounds crew will be going through and clearing them.

We are having a sale on our outdoor cremation niches. From February 24 through March 31, 2025 These niches are $1,000.00 off the normal price. This includes the name plaque. Each niche can accommodate two cremations. If you are interested please call the office at 740-283-3384.
