Weren't able to attend Women of the ELCA's triennial gathering earlier this summer in Des Moines?

The Central/Southern Illinois Synod of the Women of the ELCA's Biennial Convention is bringing the theme — "I am Worthy," based on Psalm 139:14a — closer to home.

🥁🎤🎸 CALLING ALL MUSICIANS! 🥁🎤🎸

Do you love making music? Are you looking for a fun, flexible way to share your talents? Peace Lutheran Church in Springfield is looking for musicians to join our Praise Team on an “as available” basis!

We’re currently looking for:
• Drummers
• Guitarists
• Male Lead Vocalists

Our Praise Team helps lead our monthly contemporary worship service — and we’d love to connect with talented musicians from around the Springfield area who might enjoy making great music with us and a joyful noise to the Lord.

You’ll be part of a rotating group of musicians and can simply let us know which dates work for your schedule. And, yes! We will gladly compensate you for using your time and talents in this way.
