We are thrilled to welcome Pastor Jared Tanz as our new Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Trinity Klein Lutheran Church and School. His installation yesterday was a joyful celebration of God’s faithfulness. Join us in praying for Pastor Jared and his family as they begin this new chapter of ministry with our Trinity family!

Southeast Asia Hmong Missions serves among the Hmong people in Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, a distinct ethnic group of over two million people who maintain their own language and cultural identity. Although the Gospel has been present since the 1950s and there is a growing number of Hmong Christians, about 90% still practice traditional animism, creating a significant ongoing need for evangelism and discipleship.

Through both in-person and online ministry, the mission has expanded its reach significantly. While COVID limited travel, it also led to the growth of online Bible teaching, increasing participation from small groups to over 150 people at a time. Since mid-2022, this work has contributed to an average of 100 baptisms per month, reflecting a deep hunger for Gospel-centered teaching and continued spiritual growth among the Hmong people.

We are excited for the 2026–27 school year!💙

On Sunday during worship, we celebrated the commissioning of Lynn Hobratschk as Interim Principal of Trinity Klein Lutheran School and the installation of Amber Reed and Lori Kelling as members of our teaching staff.

We also commissioned the teachers, faculty, and staff of Trinity Klein Lutheran School and Concordia Lutheran High School, Tomball, as they begin a new school year.

Please keep our schools, students, teachers, and staff in your prayers as we begin a new year of learning and ministry. May God be glorified as we continue to Connect Generations to the Love of Jesus!

GTi HOPE transforms lives, families, and communities in South Asia through women’s literacy and empowerment programs, training church leaders, VBS, and more. Trinity Klein is helping to move women from oppression to freedom and hope and sharing the message of peace and love.

Celebrating Our Future Church Workers

We give thanks to God for several young adults from Trinity Klein who are following His call into church work. Each is preparing to serve Christ and His Church in unique and meaningful ways:

Faith Keiper will return to Concordia University, Wisconsin, working toward becoming a Lutheran school counselor.
Noah Martini graduated from Concordia University, Irvine, and will begin studies at Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to prepare for the pastoral ministry.
Melissa Oblinger will return to Concordia University, Nebraska, as she continues her studies to become a Lutheran music teacher.
Eliza Alman will return to Concordia University, Irvine, studying to become a Director of Christian Education.
Kenzie Kangas (not photographed) will start at Concordia University, Irvine, studying Lutheran Education.
William Klein (not photographed) is currently studying at Texas A&M, but after graduating with a business degree, plans to attend Concordia Seminary to pursue pastoral ministry.

Please keep Faith, Noah, Melissa, Eliza, Kenzie, and William in your prayers as they step into another year of learning and preparation for service in Christ’s kingdom.
