Baptism is an outward expression of an inward work that God is doing in a person’s life. It’s a public declaration of faith in Jesus and a symbol of being buried with Christ and raised to new life in Him (Romans 6:1–4).
When should you get baptized?
When you believe. If you have put your faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior, baptism is your next step of obedience and a way to share your faith with others.
Why should you get baptized?
Because Jesus told us to. In Matthew 28:18–20, Jesus commissioned His followers to make disciples and baptize them. Baptism is an act of obedience, worship, and witness.
What does baptism mean?
We are forgiven and cleansed.
We receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
We have new life in Christ.
Every baptism is a story of God’s grace, redemption, and transforming power.

Try the THANKFUL Challenge and see what happens.
What if today became a Thank You Day?
For one day (or more 🙂), make it a habit to thank God for everything you notice.
Thank You for another day.
Thank You for the clothes I wear.
Thank You for the food on my table.
Thank You for the people in my life.
Thank You for a place to live.
Thank You for the breath in my lungs. You might be surprised how it changes your perspective.

Seniors —
“May the Lord bless you and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you His favor and give you His peace.”
— Numbers 6:24–26
Seniors, we are so proud of you.
As you step into this next chapter, there’s no doubt that this generation has a passion and hunger for Jesus, and because of that, we know the future is in good hands.
Remember to stay in community. Remember to be kind. Remember to serve others. And remember to keep following Jesus wherever He leads you.
When life is exciting, follow Jesus.
When life is difficult, follow Jesus.
When you don’t know what’s next, follow Jesus.
He will never leave you or forsake you. He has your back. He is with you. He is for you. And He will continue to guide your steps every day of your journey.
Congratulations, Class of 2026. We love you! 🙌
