As I look at the house of leaders model who's objective is to model Jesus' leadership. Jesus says He came to serve, not be served. A friend at work asked me one day what the meaning of life was? He had been thinking of this for a little while. The spirit, God's Holy Spirit spoke through me without hesitation and said the meaning of life is to worship the one who created us. How do we worship someone without knowing who that person is and why He is worthy of praise. Now do not get me wrong, we are only to worship the One true God, His Son, and Holy Spirit which are 3in1. So to worship God we are to know God, though He created us and know us and our future He still wants to have an intimate relationship with us. There I said it relationship-I'll get back to that. God is without sin. Sin can not enter Heaven. Oil and water do not mix, add a little liquid soap the two separate. Our sin separates us from God that is why He sent His Son. Jesus was deployed from a place of joy, love, no pain, no sorrow, paradise like nothing known or seen on earth. Edens garden perhaps was close, but due to sin we will never see it unless God reveals it to those who have a relationship with Him. There I said it again- relationship. Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice for us on the rugged cross, and conquered sin and death from hell. See we do not have to taste death if you have a relationship with Jesus.
Where am I going with this? The foundation to leadership is effective, authentic, servant, relationship which is charismatic, transformational, situational and we as leaders and followers can not do it alone; it takes a team to accomplish tasks, to grow. I takes vision and effective communication. I'll try to write next time on effective communication. God's vision for His creation is that no one should parish, however the enemy is a deceiver, lair, and divider, and much more. But do not get me wrong our God is stronger than any devil. Greater is the one who is in me than the one who is in the world.
Relationships are the cornerstone to effective leadership.
