Last month, C12 co-sponsored the Global Leadership Summit, a two-day gathering featuring some of the best leadership minds in the world. Several C12 owners and CEOs offered their experience in their implementation of ministry initiatives in their businesses. They shared some initial doubts and fears, where growth has taken them, and the blessings that followed. Many attending commented on the applicability of the examples. We thank Ryan Brown of Signal Service, Bob Beggs of GoodWorks, Doug MacGray of Stonecrop Wealth Advisors, Adrian Pavitt of Evenlite, Melissa Kontir of TCB Promotions, and Alex Mateo of Industry Health Solutions for sharing their experiences and expertise. Colby joins as a CEO Member, where he leads his companies through monthly peer forums and coaching. He serves as President and Owner of Award Services, LLC & Link Beverages, Inc., both based in Lehigh Valley.

Colby has expanded Award Services into a full-service landscaping and property management business. Additionally, he leads Link Beverages, focusing on continuing the legacy of a long-standing local business. He is a passionate leader who builds strong teams, serves customers, and improves each business with purposeful work. What does Business as a Ministry look like?

Last week, C12 co-sponsored the Global Leadership Summit at 4 host sites across Southern Jersey, Delmarva, and SE Pennsylvania. The PA attendees were challenged to consider how God might be prompting them to see their business as a ministry (BaaM). Three owners in each of Harleysville and West Chester shared their personal BaaM experiences, candidly recounting their initial doubts and fears together with the resulting blessings. Responses and texts following the GLS pointed to the panel discussion as one of the highlights that provided actionable ideas.
