Sunday, August 23, 2026 at St. Anne’s - Service today included blessing our children’s backpacks, blessing of prayer shawls, honoring Judith as she leaves the advisory board after several years and welcoming Courtney to the position . Our thanks to Judith for a delicious fellowship. Remember, we belong to one another in Christ. It is revealed in how you apply this knowledge to your daily life. Each person’s life can become a gift to others.

Sunday, August 16, 2026 at St. Anne’s - “We learn that God’s mercy is not only given to a select group. It is universal. We must listen to those in need with our heart, help those who are ignored, and persistently ask the Lord for help. God’s grace and mercy is enough for all.”Happy birthday to Marleigh and Happy Anniversary to Debbie & Rick. Thanks to Sue & Cheryl for a delicious fellowship. Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026 at St. Anne’s - Vicar Sandi spoke of the disciples uncertainty about not having enough food to feed the hungry. Jesus asked them to trust in him. Christ feeds us both physically and spiritually. In faith, we are called to share our love, kindness and care for others, trusting God to do extraordinary things with our ordinary offerings. Happy Birthday this week to Edie; thanks to Kaylyn for delicious fellowship. We hope everyone has a wonderful week filled with the love of God.

Sunday, June 26, 2026 at St. Anne’s - Rev. Ed Peck spoke about St. Anne on this, her feast day. She was the mother of Mary and grandmother of Jesus, and entrusted Mary’s religious upbringing to the tutelage of temple priests. Anne lived a life dedicated to her faith and commitment to God. Rev. Peter Fulghum conducted today’s service. Our thanks to Sandy Peck and Debbie for fellowship. Happy Birthday to Kalia. We wish everyone a blessed week ahead valuing the treasure of families.

Sunday, July 19, 2026 at St. Anne’s - The Rev. Ed Hunt reminded us “that the farmer plants wheat knowing weeds will invariably grow too. Trying to pull those weeds will often take out the plant as well. So, the farmer allows both to remain. As Christians God calls us to stand tall and toil against the evil that exists beside us. Live a good life and produce the fruits of the Kingdom of God. “. Happy Birthday this week to Suni & Alaina. Thanks to Jen for a delicious fellowship. We hope everyone will feel strong in the faith, hope, and the love of Christ - pass it on.

Sunday, July 5 2026 at St. Anne’s - We learned some early American Episcopal church leaders struggled with recognizing the July 4th holiday due to lingering allegiances to England. With time and dedicated leaders, such as William White, liturgical recognition of Independence Day was accomplished. Today, we pray together for our country and the principles our ancestors set forth. Happy Birthday this week to Dot & Mindy. Our thanks to Kaylyn for fellowship, and a special thanks to Ed & Ed (priests of the church) who led the service today. Please know if you were unable to be with us today, you were missed.
“May God continue to bless our land with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness… in justice and in truth” Thanks be to God - Father, Son & Holy Spirit. Amen.

"Almighty God, who hast given us this good land for our heritage: We humbly beseech thee that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of thy favor and glad to do thy will. Bless our land with honorable industry, sound learning, and pure manners. Save us from violence, discord, and confusion; from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way. Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people the multitudes brough hither out of many kindreds and tongues. Endue with the spirit of wisdom those whom in thy Name we entrust the authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home, and that, through obedience to thy law, we may show forth thy praise among the nations of the earth. In time of prosperity, fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble, suffer not our trust in thee to fail; all which we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen."

Sunday, 6/21/026, at St. Anne’s - Vicar Sandi reminds us “in baptism God claims us as his own. Christ has paid the price for us on the cross. We are called in life to give something of ourselves to others and to trust in God even in the midst of our own uncertainty”
Happy Father’s Day to all to all who provide fatherly love and care. Thanks to Kaylyn for delicious fellowship, and Happy Birthday to Lillyanna & CJ. This week we are grateful for our new identity as children of our living God.

Sunday, June 14th, 2026 at St. Anne’s- We celebrate the 37th anniversary of Vicar Sandi’s ordination. Happy Birthday to Judith & Catherine. Thanks to Judith for refreshments. We are reminded, as disciples of Christ, we are not called to be perfect. We are called to share God’s love, mercy, and compassion and to celebrate the diversity of all the children of God.
