St. Philip Vacation Bible Camp Registration Open!
Rainforest Falls, July 6-10, 2026
Registration is now open for all children in grades K-5 (PK is ALREADY FULL). The kids will embark on a wild, creature-filled adventure at where kids learn that God is Creator, All-knowing, our Refuge, Love, and Forever. We are also in need of youth and adult volunteers (flyer below with registration links for campers and youth volunteers).

As Catholics, we believe every human life is a sacred gift from God; worthy of dignity, compassion, and care at every stage, especially in moments of suffering, illness, and vulnerability.

The Rhode Island General Assembly is currently advancing legislation to legalize Physician Assisted Su***de (Senate Bill 2051 / House Bill 7760). We encourage the faithful to prayerfully consider this issue and respectfully contact their state legislators to oppose these bills.

The Catholic Church teaches that compassion means walking with those who suffer — offering love, accompaniment, palliative care, hospice support, prayer, and human presence.

Pope Francis has frequently reminded the faithful that the elderly, the sick, and the suffering should never feel abandoned, but cherished and accompanied with tenderness and hope.

Mother’s Day Rose Sale- Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10

Long-stemmed roses will be available after all Masses on Mother’s Day weekend , to honor The Blessed Mother and your mothers, living, and deceased. All proceeds from the sale will benefit Catholic, Pro-Life, Mother of Life Center in Providence (motheroflife.org) The Center provides free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, client advocacy, parenting classes, material good for babies & moms, and much more. Free will contributions are gratefully accepted.

Mother of Life Pregnancy Center is committed to promoting life by providing free assistance to pregnant teens and women.

We had 25 adults receive Sacraments at the Easter Vigil!
More and more adults are recognizing that they are in need of the graces of God found in the Sacraments of the Catholic Church.
Most of them started the process because of the witness from someone they know.
Who do you know that is in need of Jesus’s work in their lives?
Maybe they are unbaptized, or Protestant and interested in learning about the Catholic faith, or maybe they’re Catholic and didn’t receive Confirmation in their youth.
Now is the time to encourage them to reach out and start the process of inquiry to enter our 2026-2027 program of Sacramental formation for adults.
