Meet Aleena! 🌟

Meet Aleena, who helps Sis. Fairah lead the P7 Club in Sitka, Alaska!

Aleena felt called to help with the P7 Club because she believed it would give her an opportunity to reach more students and invite them to church.

Before Youth Camp, Aleena felt like she had stopped trying to reach others and had almost given up on helping people find God. But during Youth Camp, her perspective began to change. She realized that there are people looking for a church and wanting to know more about God, but they simply don't know where to go.

Aleena realized that she could be the person to help them find their way to church.Through P7, she now has a greater desire to reach her school, invite others, and be a light to those around her.

P7 isn't just about having a Bible study—it's about reaching people who are looking for Jesus and helping them find Him. 🙌

We are so excited for our MEHS Youth to be joining our services once again! Safe travels to all of our youth making their way back to Sitka this weekend. We're praying for smooth skies, safe passage, and an easy school week to get back into the rhythm. We look forward to seeing you in service!

Summer is winding down, but we are just getting started. P7 is officially back on campus this year!! School can be stressful, but you don’t have to navigate it alone! P7 is your weekly spot on campus to pause, hang out, eat food, and encourage one another.

Last night at prayer, Pastor was admonishing some of us that we do not have to fight the battles we face alone. The church is a body of believers who assemble themselves together, and unity is powerful! But more than that, there is One who holds 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓! And He fights for us! What an encouragement it is to know that before I even see the struggle begin to take place in my mind or my life, He is already fighting for me!

Sitka, what struggles are you faced with today? And how can we pray for you? Send us a private message and Pastor Essex will pray over your need. And we will stand believing the Lord already has your victory in His hands!
