This ministry empowers the next generation or as LifeLight likes to call them, Gen. HISTORY:
The Z8 Initiative is a bible believing (LifeLight statement of faith) movement started after a local high school shooting took place in South Dakota. It caused such a sense of uncertainty in the local and surrounding schools. It had kids asking the hard questions about life such as "what happens when we di

e?", "Is God real?", "Can we talk about heaven?". Through this and a continuous visual of how desperately the next generation needs Jesus, LifeLight came up with the concept of the Z8 Initiative.
