FFMC Family,

As we prepare for an exciting new year, we’d love for you to join us in praying for our Bright Hope Stewardship Campaign this week.

There will be two opportunities to turn in your pledge card — October 4 and October 11. We hope you’ll take some time to pray about where God is calling you to give in 2027.

We are so excited about what God is doing at FFMC and can’t wait to see what He has in store for us at Godfrey Road. We are incredibly grateful for your generosity, your faith, and the way you continue to believe in what God is building through FFMC.

There is so much to look forward to!

We were honored to have Rev Jim Johnston with us on Sunday, who spoke to us about the power of the towel. What if a simple towel could transform how you serve?

POV: the students take over social media - greeting everyone with phrases in alphabetical order. The first one was “amazing Sunday” if you didn’t catch that😝They stopped after “J”. It was more difficult than they thought!

In his sermon on the persistent widow, Pastor Brent reminded us on Sunday that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with prayers perfectly aligned with God’s will-prayers that always receive a resounding yes.

We’ve got an exciting few weeks ahead and one thing we’re looking forward to is hosting Trunk or Treat in our new community, in the parking lot at Oakview Elementary! Invite your friends and neighbors and come join us on Halloween from 3-5 pm. You’ll still have time to trick-or-treat afterwards! If you can’t make it, you can still help make it successful by donating candy or other supplies. See the newsletter for more info.

As Pastor Brent reminded us on Sunday, our purpose isn’t just about getting to heaven - it’s about glorifying Jesus RIGHT NOW.
