Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, but for hundreds of thousands of children in Lebanon, conflict has meant leaving home, facing uncertainty, and wondering what comes next.

Through the support of compassionate people around the world, ADRA is responding with emergency relief, clean water, hygiene supplies, and hope for families who have been displaced.

Even in the hardest moments, love in action reminds people that they are seen, valued, and never forgotten. 🇱🇧

Across 120+ countries, ADRA's local teams are already embedded in the communities they serve. They understand the unique needs, partner with local leaders, and know how to respond in ways that are both immediate and sustainable.

That's why we're able to move quickly when crisis strikes and why we're committed long after the headlines fade.

After years of conflict, families across Syria are returning home—but many schools weren't ready to welcome them back. Classrooms are overcrowded, buildings remain damaged, and students are doing their best to learn despite the challenges.

Through ADRA's BUILD Project, two schools are being restored so hundreds of children can return to safe, functional classrooms. From repairing doors and windows to restoring water, electricity, and sanitation, every improvement helps remove another barrier to education.

Because when you rebuild a school, you're not just restoring a building. You're helping restore opportunity, stability, and hope for the next generation.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, there was no one-size-fits-all solution.

Every family faced different challenges, which is why ADRA's response included cash assistance that allowed people to make the decisions that mattered most for their households.

Emergency response isn't only about delivering aid. It's about restoring choice, preserving dignity, and helping communities take the first steps toward recovery on their own terms. 🇯🇲

The Philippines faces more natural disasters than almost any country in the world. Yet every emergency is deeply personal to the families living through it.

For ADRA Philippines, these aren't one-time responses. They're long-term relationships.

Our local teams are part of the communities they serve, responding when disaster strikes and continuing to walk alongside families as they recover, rebuild, and prepare for the future.

When we talk about emergency response, most people picture what happens during a crisis. But some of the most important work happens before.

In the Horn of Africa, drought keeps returning. More than 31 million people across Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia faced hunger during the last major one.

In Kalulini, Kenya, Muendo Mutia's farm used to produce one bag of maize a year for eleven people. Through ADRA Kenya's Nature+ project, he learned to terrace his land and hold water in the soil.

One year later: seven bags of maize, three bags of green grams, and a family that's no longer planning to leave.

Across the world, millions of people are living through conflict, disasters, and crisis. As we pray for those affected, may we also be reminded that God is near to the brokenhearted—and that we can reflect His love by standing with those who need hope most. 🙏

Rachel's journey from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Uganda is a powerful reminder of why that matters. After fleeing violence that changed her family forever, she now works every day to care for her loved ones while refusing to let go of hope.

Through ADRA's support, families like Rachel's receive practical resources that help them grow food, access clean water, and begin creating stability in the midst of uncertainty.

Behind every humanitarian response is a person with dreams, resilience, and a future worth investing in. Rachel is one of them. 💚

Behind every refugee statistic is a story that deserves to be remembered.

A mother caring for a child with complex medical needs. Children finally sleeping through the night. Families rebuilding life one day at a time while longing for the home they left behind.

Through ADRA's cash assistance program in Moldova, Ukrainian refugee families can purchase the essentials they need most—from food and medicine to diapers, clothing, and transportation. It's practical support that also preserves dignity, allowing families to make the decisions that are right for them. 🇺🇦
