God called Israel His firstborn, and in Jewish culture, the firstborn would receive blessings and favor from the Father. Today, through Jesus Christ, we are His children and heirs to His kingdom. Read the Scripture today and let yourself believe You are His.

The disciples turned them away, but Jesus said the Kingdom belongs to ones like them.

What do you do when you've broken your covenant with God, and you've sinned against the One who saved you?

Picture the Israelites at the foot of Mount Sinai. Moses had been gone for days, hidden in the thick darkness on the mountain. Restless and impatient, they convinced themselves he must be dead. Just days earlier, they had made a solemn covenant with God to obey Him. But now? They demanded an idol they could see. Aaron, fearing for his safety, gave them what they wanted. The golden calf. Betrayal of the God who had just delivered them from Egypt.

It's a heartbreaking story, but also one of hope. Because even in the aftermath of such devastating sin, God reveals His character: "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, NKJV).

This week explores the beautiful, essential themes of repentance and forgiveness. Yes, we sin. We break our promises to God. We wander from Him. But thanks to Jesus' death on the cross, forgiveness is there for the sincere, confessing, repentant sinner. God doesn't just tolerate us; He restores us.

When was the last time you truly repented? Join Mark Finley and discover the freedom found in genuine repentance and complete forgiveness.

When Grant and Theron found themselves stuck on an "Expert Mountain" with no signal and no way down, they did the only thing left; they prayed. What happened next is hard to explain.
