We are so excited about this year’s VBS, coming up July 13th - 17th from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.!

This is a drop-off event with snacks, drinks, games, crafts, music, skits and, of course, learning about Jesus, the true light of the world. All of our volunteers have undergone background checks and abuse awareness trainings to ensure the safety of our children.

This year we are also thrilled to have Team Pinon with us from the Baptist Convention of New Mexico to assist with our music, skits and opening & closing rally. You can click the link in comments to meet the team! 😊

We are excited to announce the first annual Equip, Edify & Engage Conference hosted at FBC in partnership with the Southwestern Baptist Association! The E3 conference is designed to create community among the area churches and provide theological training at the local level.

First Baptist Church Silver City invites you to our annual Trunk or Treat event! Bring your family to our church parking lot on Halloween, October 31st, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM for a night of safe and fun trick-or-treating.

This year we will also have a bounce house and free hotdogs for everyone!
