⛪ WELCOME TO CHURCH!

Church is more than a building we walk into on Sunday morning. It’s a people gathered around Jesus—worshiping together, serving one another, growing in community, and being changed by the Gospel.

This Sunday, we’re kicking off a brand-new sermon series called WELCOME TO CHURCH, and over the next few weeks we’ll discover what it really means to be part of the Church.

Come as you are. Bring a friend. And discover why we were never meant to follow Jesus alone.

1. What does it mean to you that Jesus has given every Christ-follower the mission to “go and make disciples”? How might that change the way you view your everyday interactions?

2. Philip followed God’s lead even when God sent him somewhere unexpected. What are some ways God might be leading you outside of your comfort zone or toward people you wouldn’t normally engage with?

3. Philip listened before he spoke. Why is listening an important part of sharing Jesus with others? What can happen when we focus more on listening to someone’s story than on trying to immediately give them an answer?

4. The sermon says, “Your story is His story.” What is one experience in your life where you have seen God at work that you could share with someone who needs hope, encouragement, or to hear about Jesus?

5. The Ethiopian eu**ch felt like an outsider, yet God intentionally pursued and included him. Are there people or groups we might unintentionally treat as outsiders? What would it look like for us to demonstrate that God’s grace and invitation are for them too?

6. Philip followed God’s lead, listened carefully, shared the good news, and then let God do the rest. Which of these four areas is easiest for you, and which is most challenging? What is one specific step you could take this week to live more intentionally “on mission”?
